Private sessions offer a space to:
Sessions may include gentle strength, restorative or chair-based yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and education — all paced to your nervous system.
The first step is always a conversation.
I have been taking classes with Taylor for a long time. She initiated a chair yoga class that attracted many students including myself. Yeah! I have also taken her general hatha yoga classes and still do. She gets to know all the students' abilities and teaches accordingly. Taylor incorporates many traditional yoga poses as well and provides props as needed.
Along with being accommodating and caring she is very professional and focused. I have taken yoga courses with many different facilitators and Taylor is definitely one on the top of my list!
This weekend has been such a wonderful experience! Thank you for taking the time to teach gentle yoga and explore the different yoga props. I learned so much and feel even more passionate and open to practicing gentle yoga with props. Your guidance has truly inspired me to teach a beginner’s class and share how props can enhance the practice. I also appreciate your warm and supportive teaching style—it made me feel comfortable and confident in a group setting. I’m so grateful for this experience and look forward to staying in touch!
I've really enjoyed our sessions! I love being able to see my growth since we first started. I can tell how much it's helped with my mindfulness, anxiety, and especially confidence! I'm really looking forward to continuing to build my strength with you, I've been loving the weighted bars! Thank you again for everything, you have been the best teacher/mentor.
Taylor is a gem! I thoroughly enjoyed our time spent practicing Hatha yoga. Taylor is patient, kind, and caring. I appreciate her openness to suggestions from the class, tailoring each session to the needs of the group. Practicing with Taylor is always time well spent!
Taylor was amazing! She adjusted perfectly for a person who wanted to join the yoga class, but by chair. It was a perfect relaxing flow for a busy day!
This was my first time ever attending a yoga class and needless to say, I'll definitely be coming back! Taylor was so welcoming and also just a lovely teacher that brought good energy to the class.
In addition to private sessions, Heart2Brain Yoga offers education and mentorship for those who support others through movement, care, and presence.
